Are you feeling stressed as a caregiver? Do you care for a child with special needs? Project SUN is hosting a unique event to help parents, grandparents, and other caregivers of children that receive emotional, mental, and behavioral needs in Kankakee County. The program, titled Cyndi’s Caregiver Craft Class, will be held on Monday, Match 27th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at B. Hardley Bradley House. 

The event was designed with stressed out caregivers in mind and aims to help reduce stress through the use of creative outlets. Caregivers will have the opportunity to connect with others while working on a T-shirt paint project. Participants will be painting old t-shirts to look like new; paint supplies will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own t-shirt.
